Watch Market Report: Rolex Steel Asks and GMT Bids

The Rolex Submariner Date 126610LN is the tightest ask this period, with five listings all at $15,000 and four of five full set. At the other end, a $19,500 bid on a clean 2024 Bruce Wayne 126710GRNR landed below sold comps, and sellers asking $21,500 and up look like they are reaching.

Covers October 8 to 9, 2026.

The short version: Steel Rolex asks are firm on the Submariner at $15,000 and spread on the Daytona 116500LN, while Bruce Wayne bids are coming in under sold comps.

Rolex 126610LN, 116500LN and 126334 asks

The Submariner Date 126610LN is the cleanest number on the board. Five listings, every one at $15,000, four of five full set. Identical asks often mean the same watch posted in more than one place, but nobody is pricing above or below that figure.

The Datejust 41 126334 has the most listings of any reference, at ten. Median ask is $16,400, the quartiles run $14,999 to $16,400, and nine of ten are full set. Most of the volume is bunched at the top of the range.

The steel Daytona 116500LN is looser. Four listings ask between $28,500 and $30,500, a $2,000 spread, with the median at $30,500. The yellow gold Oysterflex 116518LN has six listings at a $43,500 median, a $41,000 low quartile, and about half full set.

Two-tone Datejust 36 splits by generation: the 16233 has a $7,750 median ask and the 116231 sits at $16,600, four listings each. Outside Rolex, the Breitling Superocean A17360 has five watch-only listings at $1,875, and the A17320 has five mixed-set listings at $2,950.

Rolex GMT-Master II Bruce Wayne 126710GRNR: bid vs ask

A buyer bid $19,500 for a clean 2024 steel 126710GRNR on jubilee. Sold comps for the reference run $19,650 to $21,350, and retail asks elsewhere in the GMT segment start at $21,500. The bid is $150 under the bottom of the comps and about 9 percent under that retail floor.

That makes $21,500 and up a reach for a steel Bruce Wayne. The Batman 126710BLNR is more modest, with four listings at a $19,700 median ask. The two-tone 126713GRNR, the dealer ‘Zombie’, has three priced asks from $21,500 to $22,250.

The Sky-Dweller 326934 has three listings at a $19,999 median ask. One price cut stood out in 24 hours: a 2023 Sky-Dweller 336934, mint with full links, marked down to $21,000 plus label, firm.

Notable listings: meteorite dials and a platinum Tortue

Meteorite dials are the theme at the top end. A 2023 Day-Date 40 228396TBR with a meteorite baguette-diamond dial, full set and mint, is asking $115,000. A BNIB white gold Cosmograph Daytona 126519LN on Oysterflex with a meteorite dial, full set, is at $93,000, and a 2025 white gold GMT-Master II Pepsi 126719BLRO with a meteorite dial, full set, is at $62,000.

Cartier has a 2026 platinum Tortue limited edition, WHTO0012, mint and full set, at $78,000. Lower down, a 2024 Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Chronograph Q9028181 with a blue dial is $11,495, with warranty to 2032.

What buyers are chasing and where trades fit

Datejust leads model mentions at 116, ahead of Tudor Black Bay at 59, GMT-Master II at 52, Submariner at 44 and Daytona at 41. Seamaster also counts 44, but Omega is named as a brand only twice because sellers post Seamaster reference numbers without the brand. By brand, Rolex has 153 mentions and Tudor 59, followed by Panerai at 26, Vacheron Constantin at 21 and Patek Philippe at 19.

The 24 wanted-to-buy posts are almost all hunting specific references, and almost none state a budget. The list includes the Bruce Wayne 126710GRNR, a Daytona 126515LN in rose gold with a meteorite dial, and a Hulk 116610LV from 2016 on, full set. It also has an Audemars Piguet 15510ST blue, a Vacheron Constantin Overseas 4500V silver and an Omega Planet Ocean 212.30.41.20.03.001.

Trades are part of the market: 83 listings explicitly welcome them, and ‘trade considered’ is common above $8,000. Omega Seamaster 210.30 and 212.30 families show 8 or more priced listings at roughly $4,200 to $6,000.

A flat $15,000 on the Submariner and a $2,000 spread on the Daytona tell you where sellers have a firm number and where there is room. The Bruce Wayne bid sitting below the comps says buyers know the difference.

How we read the market: figures come from for-sale and wanted-to-buy posts in the buy and sell groups we follow during the period shown. Medians use posts with a stated price or budget, and the same watch can appear in more than one group. This is a read on the market, not an appraisal, price quote or financial advice.
