…and watch nerds pour a little 40 out for their dreams of another 39.
The Rolex Explorer 40 is the latest addition to the Explorer collection, and it’s sure to be a hit with…well, who?
Many are opining that this is a nod to the “general” Rolex-buying public, who seem to prefer a larger case diameter. But what will the smaller, noise herd of Explorer enthusiasts think?
I’ll be we can guess.3
The Explorer 40 is equipped with Rolex’s new Calibre 3230 movement, a movement known to be incredibly accurate and reliable.
In addition to its larger case and new movement, the Explorer 40 also features a number of other improvements. The dial is now black, which makes it easier to read in low-light conditions. The bezel is also now smooth, which makes it easier to turn.
